Co-Creating Change,
With Communities.

Our work is shaped by Dalit and Janajati families who know what their communities need most. Together, we co-create solutions in education, nutrition, livelihood, and collective empowerment.

At Heart of Nepal, we support locally led systems of care. We don't impose models — we learn from and build with communities who have long practised resistance, survival, and care.
